-
Plan to start at 9am and end by 2 – 2:30pm
-

There will be a session about the guidelines that will occur on either the 13th or 14th. If it happens on the 14th, every attendee will be cycled through that session.
December 14 – Allen County Community College
-
9 – 10am: School Check-In
-
10am: Opening Session in the Gymnasium
-
Day ends at approximately 5pm. We will not host a closing session so schools may review student schedules and determine if they need/want to leave earlier.
-
We will be providing debriefing sessions for some events on site at the end of the day and generalized feedback post event. I also plan to release a top 5 or top 10 (depending on registration numbers) list, post event. To keep the day shorter, we are not providing mock awards but will be celebrating our mock winners on social media post event. (Tentative: We may also do something like a free conference t-shirt or a registration discount for top three that will be given to them at SLC registration.)
-
We will be running mock events throughout the day. Mock events do not qualify students to compete at SLC, they are events run to expose students to the competitive event and give them experience. A few MIGHT have modified approaches compared to the guidelines – known changes are included below.
